RIGHT OF RETURN OF ARTICLES
All returns must have prior approval from us, so: you have to communicate by e-mail or by phone at 0034 648 753 342, 0033 660227879 OR 0034 933 334 272 that the products received do not meet their expectations, so that you have 14 days from the receiving the package.
In the event that the products are presented in a single box, they must be returned in the same packaging, part of the product presentation.
Upon receipt of the merchandise in our stores, and after checking the status of it, we will proceed to refund the amount according to the method of payment by the customer.
You should put a note inside the package with the order number and the reason for the return.
Shipping costs will be reimbursed in the event of delivery errors or defective products
